Welcome to 1984 !!! A Punk Rock Masterpiece started pre-covid and finally out to "Blow Your Minds"

S.F.B. is starting 2022 off with a Punk Rock Bang !!!
Celebrating the release of 'Welcome to 1984!" a 7 song record full of songs about their early days of punk in New York.
The impressive record opens with "Never Again" an ode to their Punk Rock brothers The Catatonics with a guitar riff lifted from The Catatonics "Hunted Down" EP released in 1984.

A bit of Orwellian tossed into the mix and we get the title track "1984" which pays respect to Nicky's Bar in Cortland, N.Y. (Home of Ronnie James Dio & Wreck 'n Crew). A sing-along tune for all the Old's Cool Punks still Flying the Flag of Rebellion and Independence.

"Intoxication Nation" follows with a throw back song to the Joys of Teenage Drinking and Youth Rebellion' Cheers to all who love Loud Fast Punk Rock !!!

"Sub-Urban Decay" is a renewed version of the old Suburban Rebels tune about small town decay & depression and the closing down of factories and assembly line jobs. Shout out to Brockway Trucks, Wilson Tennis Rackets, Wickwire factory and Smith Corona typewriters, all long gone industries which supported the Central NY economy.

"Separate Ways" is a song about the reality of losing jobs, losing friends, losing life as we all go our separate ways to find a sometimes brighter future, or NOT ?

"Gotta Laugh" has a bit of tongue in cheek attitude and some Punk Rock Vigor, with a throw your hands up in the air and "LAUGH" at the absurdity of the situation at hand…

The record closes out with "Kamikaze Krazy" which explores the crashing down of the American Dream and the mental toll it brings upon the torn apart lost souls.
Live Fast, Die Punk ... Kamikaze Krazy ...

What a Way to end this Kick Ass Slab of Pure Punk Rock Bliss!!!
